At By Dr Reham, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we love creating it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You may return unworn and unused items within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• Custom or personalized jewelry is non-returnable unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for items of equal value within 7 days of delivery.
